Rouge Forum 2002 was held in collaboration with the Whole Language Umbrella of the National Council of Teachers of English, Whole Schooling Consortium, and the Center for the Expansion of Language and Thinking. The conference was held July 25-28, 2002 in Bethesda, MD. The conference theme was “Restoring the Passion: Thriving in a Standards Environment”.
